Mission Statement 

The Office of the Registrar at BryanLGH College of Health Sciences is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity and security of student records; and for providing academic advising and oversight to the faculty advising function. 

As the only office authorized to issue official transcripts, certify the enrollment and attendance of students, award degrees and provide data related to these functions we serve as both student advocate and administrator of college policies and procedures.

Transfer Course Guides

If you are interested in taking General Education courses at another institution and transfering them to BryanLGH College of Health Sciences, please see the guides below. If you wish to attend a school that is not listed, please contact Pam Heinemann, Academic Advisor, at 481-8718 for assistance with choosing courses.

 

 

Transcripts and Other Records

Requests for copies of transcripts must be received in writing and must include name, dates of attendance, date of birth, Social Security number, current daytime phone number, and the signature of the student or former student.  Official copies of transcripts must be sent directly to the institution or agency requesting them; only unofficial copies may be released directly to students, former students or parents of students.  Transcripts are $5 (waived for current students) and are sent upon receipt of payment.  Students can also print unofficial transcripts directly from SONISWeb.  Transcripts will not be issued to students or former students who have a hold on their account.


Requests for copies of other records including health records, diplomas, and enrollment verification must also be received in writing; however, copies of these documents may be faxed or issued directly to students.  Health records may also be printed by students from SONISWeb.

Reference Letters/Verbal Recommendations

Faculty and staff of BryanLGH College of Health Sciences may provide written or verbal reference information for students upon written request. Students must fill out the Reference Authorization Form and turn it in to the Office of Records and Registration for processing.
